The Costa Verde stretches 30 km along Corsica's eastern coast between Moriani and Aléria. Long sandy beaches, clear water that stays clean even in peak summer. Nothing like the crowded coves down south. Even in August, you'll find space. We know every beach by heart — here are the ones we recommend to our guests.
Moriani Beach
Our everyday beach. Long stretch of sand, shallow water for the first few metres — perfect with little ones. A few beach shacks for lunch with your feet in the sand, and Moriani village right behind for supplies or an iced coffee.
💡 Arrive before 10am in July-August for easy parking. The free roadside spots fill up fast.
Padulone Beach
A bit further south, Padulone is lesser known among tourists. Wider beach, fewer people, and the back-beach is lined with tamarisk trees. Our pick when we want peace and quiet.
💡 No shops on site — bring water and a picnic. That's also why it stays quiet.
Alistro Beach
Large beach with a small village behind it. Decent snack bar and public showers. Clear water, gentle slope — reassuring for families.
💡 Drive 5 more minutes south and you'll find more intimate coves between the rocks.
Diana Lagoon & Beach
A unique spot: the sea on one side, the Diana lagoon on the other where they farm oysters and mussels. You can buy them straight from the producer and eat them on the beach. Our favourite Sunday outing.
💡 Visit the oyster farmers in early afternoon — they sell retail, fresh from the day.
Bravone Beach
The seaside hamlet of Bravone is peaceful, almost residential. Long, well-maintained beach with a few fish restaurants in the village. A good choice if you want a change of scenery.

Beach practical info
- 🚗 All beaches are accessible via the T10 coast road. No need for a 4x4 or hiking trails.
- 🅿️ Free parking at all listed beaches. In summer, arrive early at Moriani (before 10am).
- 🛒 Supermarkets in Moriani and Folelli for picnic supplies. Water, sunscreen, parasol — the sun hits hard here.
- ☀️ Swimming season from May to October. Water is 24-26°C in July-August. Off-season, expect 18-20°C — still pleasant.
