❓How do I get to the chalet from Bastia?
From Bastia, take the T10 road towards Porto-Vecchio. Turn right at the sign indicating SANTA MARIA POGGIO. Continue straight for 500 metres, then turn right onto the concrete road (next to the dirt road), located near a wooden school bus stop. ❓What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM on your departure day. These times allow us to prepare the chalet in the best conditions for our next guests.
❓How many guests can the chalet accommodate?
Casetta Costa Verde can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The chalet has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and an attic room with a single bed. Perfect for a family or a group of friends.
❓Is the chalet close to the beach?
Yes, we are just 1 km from Moriani-Plage beach. The fine sandy beaches of the Costa Verde are easily accessible. The Moriani Tourist Office is 5 minutes away for more information about the area's beaches.
❓What amenities are available on site?
The chalet is fully equipped: complete kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, heating, wifi, terrace, barbecue, landscaped garden of 5,000 m², private parking. The chalet runs on solar energy (eco-friendly). Bed linen and towels are provided.
❓Are pets allowed?

❓Are there shops nearby?
Yes, you will find shops and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive in the surrounding villages (Folelli, Prunete). The Moriani Tourist Office is 5 minutes away for all your questions about the area.
❓What is there to do around the chalet?
There are plenty of activities to enjoy: Moriani beaches (1 km), hiking (Ucelluline waterfall, Spassiverde greenway), exploring typical villages (Penta di Casinca, Cervione), discovering the Castagniccia region, visiting Corte (1 hour), local restaurants (Cinderella 3 min away, I Fuletti). ❓How does payment and booking work?
You can book directly on our website. Payment is made securely online. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before your arrival. You will automatically receive access information by email before your stay.
❓What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is flexible. To find out the detailed conditions applicable to your dates, please check them during the booking process or contact us directly. We are happy to discuss any special circumstances.
❓Is wifi available?
Yes, free wifi is available throughout the chalet. The connection is stable and sufficient for remote working if needed.
❓Can I cook on site?
Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need (pots, dishes, utensils). You can prepare your meals in complete autonomy.
❓Is there a barbecue?
Yes, a barbecue is available in the garden. Enjoy summer evenings grilling outdoors in our landscaped grounds of 5,000 m².
❓Is parking included?
Yes, free private parking is available on site. You can park your vehicle safely right next to the chalet.
❓What should I do before checking out?
Before checking out by 11:00 AM, please: leave the beds open (do not remove the mattress protectors), place used towels in the same spot, dispose of your rubbish (recycling if possible), leave dishes clean or in the dishwasher ready to run, leave the keys in the location indicated on arrival, turn off lights and appliances, and close all windows.
❓Why book directly rather than through Airbnb?
By booking on our site, you avoid Airbnb service fees (often 10-15% of the total). For a week at 76€/night, that's roughly 50-80€ saved. You also get direct contact with us before, during and after your stay — no intermediary. Need to change dates or ask about the area? We reply within the day.
❓How much does a week's holiday at the cottage cost?
For 2 guests, expect around 360€ for 5 nights (76€/night weekdays) plus 55€ cleaning, totalling 415€ per week. For a family of 4, add 20€/night for 2 extra guests, bringing it to 515€ per week all-in. That's 30-40% less than an equivalent hotel in the area, and you get a full kitchen and 5,000 m² garden.
❓Are the beaches suitable for children?
Moriani beach (1 km from the cottage) is perfect for families: fine sand, gentle slope into the water, shallow for the first few metres. Kids can play safely in the shallows. Beach shacks serve lunch on the sand. Further south, Padulone beach is even quieter if you're looking for calm.
